1.Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern your access to and use of the v9gam platform ("Platform", "Website", "Service"), operated by v9gam ("the Operator", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://v9gam.cam. By creating a player account, accessing the Website, placing a wager, claiming a promotion or using any feature of the Service, you ("User", "Player", "you") agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

This Agreement constitutes a binding legal contract between you and the Operator. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time — continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

3.Account Eligibility

To create and maintain an account on v9gam, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• 3.1 You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age prescribed by the law of the jurisdiction in which you are located or from which you access the Platform.
• 3.2 You must be acting as a private individual and not in any professional or commercial capacity on behalf of a third party.
• 3.3 You must not be located in, resident in or a national of any Restricted Territory.
• 3.4 You must not have a pre-existing account on the Platform. The Operator strictly enforces a one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts may be merged, suspended or permanently closed at the Operator's discretion.
• 3.5 You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• 3.6 You must not be registered under any self-exclusion, cooling-off or responsible-gambling scheme that prohibits your participation in online gambling activities.
• 3.7 You acknowledge that certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to Pakistan under the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977, impose restrictions on gambling. You accept sole responsibility for determining whether your participation in online gambling is lawful in your location.

4.Account Registration

When registering an account on v9gam, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. You must not use a false identity, impersonate another person or provide misleading details at any stage of the registration or subsequent KYC verification process.

• 4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your login details with any other person.
• 4.2 You must notify the Operator immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting support via Live Chat or the Help Center.
• 4.3 The Operator may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid CNIC, passport, proof of address or selfie/liveness check, in line with applicable KYC and AML obligations.
• 4.4 You must never alter, obscure or falsify any document submitted during the verification process. Submission of fraudulent documents will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and potential referral to relevant authorities.
• 4.5 The Operator reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account without prior notice where eligibility criteria are not met, where the information provided is inaccurate, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent conduct.

5.Terms of Use

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following general use conditions apply:

• 5.1 You may access the Platform only for personal, non-commercial use. Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software to access, scrape or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner is strictly prohibited.
• 5.2 You are solely responsible for any activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• 5.3 The Operator provides the Platform on an "as-is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect access.
• 5.4 The Operator retains the right to restrict, suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time and for any reason, including regulatory compliance, suspected fraud or breach of these Terms.
• 5.5 You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk. The Operator does not guarantee any specific outcome, return on investment or profit from use of the Platform.

6.Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on v9gam are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant market or game. The following general principles apply across all products:

• 6.1 Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or modified by the User. The Operator may void bets in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to system errors, obvious pricing errors or where the integrity of a market is compromised.
• 6.2 The Operator reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any market or for any individual User account at its sole discretion.
• 6.3 Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• 6.4 In the event of a technical failure that results in a bet being placed incorrectly or at erroneous odds, the Operator may void and re-settle the affected bet. Users will be notified of any such action.
• 6.5 All casino and live game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or live dealer processes. The Operator does not manipulate game outcomes.
• 6.6 Live betting markets — including cricket, football, UFC and esports — are governed by the same principles as pre-match markets but are subject to faster settlement timelines. Users are advised to familiarise themselves with live-betting mechanics before participation.

7.Bonus & Promotions

v9gam offers promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below.

• 7.1 Bonuses are available to eligible players who meet the qualifying criteria at the time of the promotion. The Operator may verify eligibility at any stage and withhold bonuses where criteria are not met.
• 7.2 All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum bet limits and expiry dates are specified in the relevant promotional terms.
• 7.3 A maximum bet limit applies during active bonus wagering. Placing bets that exceed the published maximum (commonly in the range of PKR 500–1,000 per round or event, as specified per promotion) may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• 7.4 Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the specified wagering process, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
• 7.5 The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such actions will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in active use prior to the modification.
• 7.6 No bonus constitutes a guarantee of winnings or a minimum return on wagering. All promotional materials are for illustrative purposes — actual outcomes depend entirely on individual gameplay and wagering activity.
• 7.7 Where a User is found to have abused the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using coordinated group strategies or exploiting technical errors — the Operator may recover all bonus amounts and resulting winnings, and may permanently close the relevant accounts.

8.Deposits & Withdrawals

The following general conditions govern the movement of funds into and out of your v9gam account:

• 8.1 You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned, account suspension and potential investigation.
• 8.2 The Operator references familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as informational context only. These references do not constitute an endorsement, affiliation or guarantee of availability. Available payment methods are published within your account dashboard.
• 8.3 Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified within the cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method.
• 8.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. The Operator may request KYC documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal timelines vary depending on the payment method selected.
• 8.5 Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are only permitted once all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw prior to meeting these requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• 8.6 The Operator is not responsible for fees, delays or transaction failures arising from your bank, payment provider or network conditions beyond our control.

9.Responsible Gambling

• 9.1 The Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 or older — or the higher minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
• 9.2 Users may request deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods or self-exclusion via their account settings or by contacting support.
• 9.3 Self-exclusion requests will be processed as promptly as possible. Once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the specified period. The Operator will take reasonable steps to prevent excluded Users from creating new accounts during the exclusion period.

10.Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the v9gam Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• 10.1 Registering more than one account, whether directly or through a proxy, associate or nominee.
• 10.2 Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification or at any subsequent point.
• 10.3 Using automated software, algorithms, artificial intelligence tools or coordinated group strategies to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users.
• 10.4 Money laundering, structuring transactions to obscure the origin of funds, or using the Platform for any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) legislation.
• 10.5 Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs or pricing anomalies for financial gain.
• 10.6 Engaging in, facilitating or financing match-fixing, spot-fixing or any other form of competition manipulation.
• 10.7 Threatening, harassing or engaging in abusive behaviour towards any member of the Platform's support team or other users.
• 10.8 Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy server or any other tool designed to obscure your true location.

11.Intellectual Property

All content on the v9gam Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software code, audio and video material — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

• 11.1 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of the Operator.
• 11.2 The v9gam name, logo and related marks are proprietary brand identifiers. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is strictly prohibited.
• 11.3 Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right in the Operator's intellectual property beyond the limited right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes as set out in these Terms.

12.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• 12.1 Financial losses resulting from wagering activity on the Platform, including losses from any betting market, casino game, live game or promotion.
• 12.2 Loss of access to the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, network outages or events outside the Operator's reasonable control.
• 12.3 Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive loss arising in connection with these Terms, even if the Operator was advised of the possibility of such loss.
• 12.4 Actions taken by third-party payment providers in connection with deposit or withdrawal transactions.

13.Amendments to These Terms

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Operator will update the "Last Updated" date shown on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

• 13.1 Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform immediately.
• 13.2 The Operator may notify registered users of significant changes via account notification, email or an on-Platform banner, but is not obligated to provide individual notice for every update.

14.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its applicable operating licence. Users are advised to consult the Platform's licence documentation for the applicable jurisdiction.

• 14.1 In the event of any dispute, you should first contact the v9gam support team to seek an informal resolution. The Operator will aim to respond to and resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
• 14.2 If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated through the dispute resolution procedures set out by the applicable licensing authority, where such procedures exist.
• 14.3 Pakistani users are reminded that the legal status of online gambling in Pakistan is subject to applicable law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The Operator makes no representation regarding the legal status of online gambling in Pakistan, and this document does not constitute legal advice.
